Return and Exchange Policy
New, unused & unopened items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Purchases of items “on sale” or at a discounted price are FINAL and not eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued in same method as original payment (Cash, Credit Card, Check) and are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Exchanges and returns for In-Store Credit are not subject to a re-stocking fee.
All returns and exchanges MUST be accompanied by original sales receipt.

- All items returned must be in original, unopened packaging, unused, and ready for re-sale.
- All items returned must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
- Defective or broken items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be returned to the manufacturer under terms of the warranty for replacement or repair, unless the manufacturer explicitly authorizes North Coast Hockey to replace or repair the item.
- Skates, once heat-molded or sharpened, are non-returnable.
- All consignment/used items are non-returnable.
- All custom orders are non-returnable.
- All sticks, once cut to size or taped, are non-returnable.
