Q: Am I required to book an appointment to visit the store?
A: No - we are still taking "walk in" customers! We are prioritizing customers with an appointment, though - so "walk in" customers may need to wait for service if another customer has already booked an appointment at the same time. "Walk in" visits will be on a first-come, first-served basis after appointment customers.
Q: Do I have to book an appointment online, or is there another way to book my appointment?
A: You can also call us at (814) 864-0761 and speak to a store associate (during store hours) or leave us a voicemail (when the store is not open) and we can set your appointment up for you!
Q: What's the difference between 15 minute and 30 minute "appointments"?
A: The difference is to help us be as efficient with our scheduling as possible. A 15 minute appointment would be for a simple service (like skate sharpening) or where you have a good idea what products you would like to purchase ahead of time. A 30 minute appointment would be for purchases where you'd like to try items on or have a professional fitting.
Q: What if my "appointment" runs over my scheduled length?
A: No worries! You can continue shopping or trying on items until you're ready. We'll take the next customer after you're all set with your purchase!
Q: What happens if I arrive after my appointment time?
A: We'll take you as a "walk-in" customer on a first-come, first-served basis after you arrive.
